Beppe Gambetta - Flatpicking Journey
Beppe Gambetta (https://beppegambetta.com)! A legend of the flatpack guitar in the tradition of Norman Blake, Dan Crary and Tony Rice. Beppe visited with us on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025. The day at the Centerville Meeting and Schoolhouse started with a guitar workshop in the afternoon. The workshop wasn’t just trying to learn a tune from tab. It was all about how to express emotion and telling a story with the guitar.
Beppe’s artistry shone throughout the evening, and the night was made even more special when Steve Broitman & Barb Wood joined him for a song. To top it off, the great flatpicker Mark Cosgrove took the stage with Beppe for a powerhouse finale.
A perfect way to kick off concerts at this new space—thank you to everyone who came and shared in the music!
